A detailed article that explains how to add a visit and a visitor.
A visit and visitor can be added from Visitors on the left-hand navigation menu. Select "Add Visit" in the Visit tab or "Add Visitor" in the Visitor tab to get started. Complete all of the required (*) and optional fields on the Add a Visit screen.

Add a subject or reason for the visit and confirm who the host will be.
- If you, or another user within your office, would like to be notified during the visitor's arrival, search and add, or "CC", the user. When you have selected the user it will be added in a gray box below the search field.

Set the Date and Time of the visitor.
- Select the time that you would like to grant access to your visitor(s). If they arrive prior to the time selected, then they will not be granted access to the turnstiles. If you would like to give them extra time to arrive early, schedule your visit for 15 minutes prior to the start time of your meeting.
- If this is a reoccurring visit check 'Reoccurring'.

Clearance

Selecting a clearance from the dropdown will generate a QR code that grants the visitor access to the floor on which you will meet them.
- Note: Only one clearance can be selected at a time.

- Note: Selecting 'Hold in Lobby' means a QR code will not be generated. Instead, the visitor will be held in the lobby when they arrive and must be escorted to the meeting space.

Select the Visitor
- If the guest has visited the building before you can select their name from the existing visitor database under Visitor Details*, or if they are a new visitor you can add them by selecting the "Add New Visitor" icon.

- Note: To ensure the visitor received the mentioned QR code above, please include an email when adding new visitor details.
- You can also import multiple visitors using a CSV file. To do this, select the "Import Visitors" icon.
- Note: Please, refer to this article if you wish to bulk-upload visitors.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Submit the Visit".
- Visitors with an email address will receive a welcome email containing a calendar invite and meeting details.
- The QR code they receive provides clearance to the specified floor(s) for the visit. Visitors scan the QR code upon entering the building which grants them access.
