Manage the visitors you've added to the Cohesion system
Visitor Management is where you can see all of the visitors you've added to the system. You can also view visit history, edit visitor details, and delete a visitor from the system.
- Select Visitors in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select the Visitor tab at the top of the screen.

This lists all visitors you've entered into the system for your company - with or without a current visit scheduled.
- From the Visitor Management tab, you can view a visitor’s details, see a record of their visits, edit visitor details, and delete a visitor.
- To view a visitor’s visit history, select a visitor in the list. You can then select a specific visit to view details about the visit.
- To delete a visitor, select More in the Actions column and then select Delete. Select Yes to confirm you want to delete the visitor.
- To edit a visitor, select More in the Actions column and then select Edit. Edit the visitor’s information and then select Save.
