Visitors who have their emails added to their visitor profile will receive an email containing a QR code.
Note, that after an email address is added for a visitor, it cannot be edited.
The QR code allows the visitor to badge into the building and head straight to their scheduled meeting(s). Note, only one clearance can be assigned to the visit.
See below steps to ensure a visitor receives their QR code:
- Make sure visitor(s) provide their proper email(s)
- Add a visit and fill out the necessary details (*)
- Proofread visit details and submit visit
- Have visitor(s) confirm they have received their QR code email
