Visitors can be added to the system even if you are not scheduling a visit with them yet. There are two ways to add visitors to the system:
- Add an Individual Visitor
- Bulk Import Multiple Visitors
Add an Individual Visitor
- Select Visitors in the left-hand navigation menu.

Select the Visitors tab at the top of the screen.
- All of the visitors with upcoming visits are listed here.
- Select the Add Visitor button to display the Add Visitor pop-up.
- Type in the First Name and Last Name of the visitor.

If you would like the individual to receive information about the upcoming visit, enter the visitor’s Email address. The email will also contact a QR code that grants certain clearances to the individual.
- Note: After an Email address is added for a Visitor, it cannot be edited
- Select Save to save the visitor to the system.
- Your visitors with upcoming visits scheduled are listed on the Visitors tab. To see visitors you've added who do not have an upcoming visit scheduled, select the Visitor Management tab.
Bulk Import Multiple Visitors
- Select Visitors in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select the Visitors tab at the top of the screen.

Select the Import Visitor(s) button near the top-right corner of the screen.

Note: You can also bulk upload visitors straight on the Add Visit page. This is recommended for visitors with no emails.

- Select the Download CSV Template link on the Import Visitors screen to download the bulk import template.

Open BulkImportVisitor.csv from your “Downloads” folder, then fill in the template with the visitors you want to import.
- FirstName (required) – Enter the visitor’s first name
- LastName (required) – Enter the visitor’s last name
- SrNo (required) - adds a number per person in the list
- MiddleName – Enter the visitor’s middle name, if available
- CompanyName - Enter the visitor’s company name

EmailId - Email Address to send an email to the visitor with visit details
- Note: If emails are not added, the visitor (s) information will not save to the visitor management page.
- UserBadge – Enter a badge number for the visitor
**Please, ensure to follow the exact CSV file format below to ensure successful visitor bulk upload**

On the Import Visitor screen, select the Choose File link and open the bulk import template that includes the visitors you want to import.
- A preview of the visitors is displayed. You can delete any entries you do not want to import by selecting More in the Actions column and selecting Delete.
- If there are any issues with the imported data, the row will be flagged with red ❌
- If there are no issues, the row will show all green ✅

Select the Import Selection button to import the visitors
- After the visitors are imported, you're taken to the Visitor Management screen.
Note: Make sure to save the BulkImportVisitor.csv as CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv) for a successful upload.
