Visitors who do not have their emails added to their visitor profile will not receive an email containing a QR code.
Once the visitor(s) enters the building, they will need to make their way to the building's security station. The building security team can provide them with instructions to continue to the scheduled meeting.
Note: Floor permissions can change depending on the clearances you are given. Visitors will receive a welcome email containing a calendar invite and meeting details, but will not receive a QR code email. This is due to the nature of the 'Hold in Lobby' clearance only permitting users access to the lobby of the building. The visitor will be held in the lobby when they arrive and must be escorted to the desired tenant company suite.
