Adding my Mobile Keycard to Apple Wallet

The digital keycard in Apple Wallet is a solution where your iPhone and Apple Watch can take on the functionality of your physical access control card. The digital keycard on your personal devices can securely authenticate to HID! Anywhere you can tap your physical access card, you can now use your iPhone or Apple Watch instead!

To add your employee badge to Apple Wallet, please follow the below instructions.

1. Navigate to the digital keycard on the home screen.
2. Open your digital keycard on your app.
3. Select "Add to Apple Wallet".
4. Select "Add" under "Add Pass to Wallet".

5. Once the keycard is added, please select "Done".

6. Navigate to your Apple Wallet on your iOS device and you will see the digital keycard has been added!
7. Navigate to your Apple Watch, swipe down, or open Apple Wallet, and you will see the keycard has been added!

Note, see below on what devices and software are required: 

1. iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus or later running the latest version of iOS 
2. Apple Watch Series 3 or later running the latest version of watchOS 
3. Apple ID signed into iCloud 
4. The Cohesion or Whitelabel app
