Reconfiguring My Mobile Keycard (iOS)

The mobile keycard provides tenants quick and easy access to their company's suite. Reconfiguring your mobile keycard for iOS can be done in four easy steps. Please, see the details below:

Reconfiguring Mobile Keycard

1. Log in to the Cohesion App on your iOS device.
2. On the Home screen, select “Digital Keycard” to open the Keycard screen.
   • Select the circled question mark (?) to prompt mobile credential reconfiguration.
3. Select "Reconfigure Card".
4. Select "Continue" on "Credentials Found".
