Amenity reservations can be viewed and edited from Amenities in the left-hand navigation menu. Follow the five points below to view or edit an amenity:
- Select Amenities
- Note: you can edit and view from both the web and the mobile app.
- Select the Reservations tab (mobile) or Reservation List tab (web). This is where all of your company’s reservations are listed.
- To find a specific reservation, scroll through the list, use the Filter options to narrow down the list, or Search Reservation for a specific reservation using keywords. Filter the list by:
- Amenity – select the amenity (or amenities) you want to see in the list
- Reservation Status – select the status(es) you want to see in the list
- Time – select Upcoming Bookings, Past Booking, or Custom Duration to specify a date range
- Companies - select the company (or companies) in which the reservation(s) is booked
- You can view and manage the reservations in the list:
- To view a reservation’s details, select it in the list. You can see any comments that have been added, as well as Cancel and Edit the reservation.
- To manage reservations in the list, select More in the Actions column and then select an option in the list: Approve, Decline, Cancel, Edit, or Delete.
Note: These management actions require specific permissions that are typically reserved for Building Manager and Tenant Manager roles.
