Booking a desk (hot desking) may need to be approved by either a Community Manager, Concierge Service, Conference Manager, or other building roles. This depends on the properties defined for each reservable amenity.
When seeking to reserve a desk within your building, select Amenities or Reservations from the left-hand navigation menu.

On the Browse Amenities screen, select the desk you want to reserve.
- The Amenity Details screen displays information about the desk, including name, a brief description, and photos.
- Click the Availability drop-down and select the desired date, start time, and end time to narrow down available options. To filter the available desks to reserve, click Check Availability.
- Proceed to reserve the desired desk by clicking Reserve Now to reserve (and click reserve in the pop-up window) or view additional details of the desk by clicking Detail.
- To access a floor layout view of available desks based on availability, indicate the desired date, start time, and end time from the Availability drop-down.
- Click Show Floor Plan, to view your activated desks to reserve. Note that the reserved amenities during the indicated date, start time, and end time, will be color-coded red; while the available amenities will be color-coded green.
- You can check the status of a request on the Reservation List tab.
