An article showing how to turn off certain notifications from your profile.
Certain notifications can be turned off from your profile. To do so, follow these simple steps below.
Note: Some notifications cannot be turned off. If this is the case, please reach out to your Tenant Manager.
- Navigate to your name on the top right-hand side of the Home page.
- Click your Username.
- Select Profile.

Select Notification Settings
- From here you will see the options to turn off different types of notifications

Mobile, Text Message, Email, or VoiceCall
- Mobile is a Push notification that sends a notification to your mobile device.
- Select Submit.
