Resetting Password | Reset From App or Web Platform

Changing your password every few months is important for security measures. You can now easily change your password by selecting "Change Password" from within your profile on the app or web. Note: Selecting this will send a reset password email to the email registered on your profile.

Resetting your password (Mobile):

1. Navigate to the left-hand menu
2. On the top right-hand side of the navigation menu, select your name
3. Once at the User Profile, select Change Password
   • You will be notified that an email will be sent to your registered email address

Resetting your password (Web):

4. Navigate to your profile name on the top right-hand corner
5. Select Profile
6. Select Change Password at the bottom of the Personal Details section
7. Press Submit
   • You should see a green icon pop up stating the email has been successfully sent
